Founded in 2016 and home-grown in Cleveland, The Land Group is driven by excellence, passion, and technology.
Founded in 2016, our company began with the goal of helping homeowners sell their homes quickly and without the usual hassles. We purchased our first house in Lakewood, OH, and have since been committed to offering a better way for people to sell their homes—without dealing with agents, making costly repairs, or going through time-consuming showings and cleanouts.
We buy homes at market value, allowing homeowners to bypass the traditional process while still receiving a fair price. Once purchased, we renovate the properties, enhancing their appeal and contributing to the improvement of the surrounding neighborhood.
From that first home in Lakewood to the numerous properties we’ve handled since, we’ve stayed true to our values of integrity and excellence. Our mission remains clear: to provide homeowners with a smooth, stress-free selling experience while making a positive impact on the communities we serve.
